Cookie policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the297.com, operated by BNZSA Investment Group, S.L.U, NIF ESB88636048, at Calle Arroyo del Soto, 2, 28914 Leganés, Madrid, Spain. For privacy questions, contact privacy@the297.com. See also our Privacy policy.

What we use

The website currently uses technologies for essential functions, security and remembering the cookie notice. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and advertising tags are not installed in this website build. The video and fonts are served from our own website.

Browser storage can serve a similar purpose to a cookie, although it is a different technology. The following storage is implemented by this website:

Security and Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to verify requests and reduce automated abuse. It processes technical signals, including network and browser information. This security check is independent of analytics preferences.

Turnstile does not automatically imply a cf_clearance cookie. Cloudflare may issue that cookie when pre-clearance or other security challenges are enabled. Its presence and duration depend on the security settings applied to the site. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your controls

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer to view the notice again. As no optional categories are active, there is currently no analytics or advertising consent to grant or withdraw. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing and does not consent to future tracking.

You can remove browser storage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect form security or duplicate prevention. Removing browser storage does not delete an enquiry already received by us.

Changes

If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and the controls will be updated before they are enabled. Where consent is required, the website must obtain it before loading those technologies.
